Enter your website url and provide your name and email address, simple as that. We received our video about 2 hours later. This a great service to receive free impartial usability testing. Usability testing is the process of evaluating a site or product’s usability by letting real people try it.

GTmetrix's Report Page neatly summarises your website performance based off key indicators of page load speed. GTmetrix provides various optimising suggestions that can greatly improve your overall website speed score. It also lets you see your page's performance relative to the average of all sites analysed on GTmetrix. Just enter your website url and seconds later your results will appear.

HotJar is an all-in-one analytics and feedback software that helps users identify opportunities for improvement using a number of tools. We use Hotjar for it's heatmap software. Understand what users want, care about and interact with on your site by visually representing their clicks, taps and scrolling behavior in the form of a heatmap. Using the insights generated from these tools, users can then improve the usability of their navigation, remove ignored content, identify confusing areas, adjust page copy, etc.
But it doesn’t stop there for Hotjar because they offer so much more than heatmaps. Other features include live recordings, funnel analysis, polls, surveys and even live user tests via screen sharing. Hotjar offers a great free basic service. |
